I think of myself as an artist who uses the camera as a medium.  Led by a then languishing creative spirit to the world of film over a decade ago, I set my focus upon alternative printing processes, photo books, handmade paper for prints, and creating a method to combine the use of digital technology with more traditional, archaic photographic techniques. I also incorporate the use of various paints, charcoals, flowers, and wine corks into the work as it evolves to give solidity to the light of beauty in all of its forms, including pain and darkness.
