I think of myself as an artist with a camera and not necessarily a photographer. It was my need to find an outlet for my then unused creative talents that lead me to the world of film over a decade ago. My work is my self expression through my creativity and is an extension of who I am. It is always changing, shifting, and evolving with me and as much a part of me as the need to breathe. My focus is on creating photo books, alternative printing processes, creating my own paper for artistic prints, and a process to fuse my art with my photography from traditional mediums outside of the digital genre. I will also be incorporating the use of various paints, charcoals, flowers, and wine corks into the work as the new processes evolve.
